Bridgette Lorigan, DMD
Dr. Bridgette Lorigan D.M.D. joined Mountain View Family Dentistry in 2016. She attended Washington & Jefferson College where she majored in molecular biology. She received her Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 2001. Raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Lorigan is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Carolina Panthers.
In her free time, Dr. Lorigan enjoys a wide variety of activities and interests. In addition to travel, she enjoys skiing at her two favorite destinations, Vail, Colorado and Mammoth, California. She also works out on a regular basis and recently began taking tennis and horseback riding lessons. At the age of 3, Dr. Lorigan started dancing and actually taught ballet for 4 years while in college. She takes pleasure in new cultural experiences and attends concerts, musicals and Broadway shows as often as possible.
Since 2010, Dr. Lorigan has been an active participant in the animal rescue group, Dog Days of Charlotte. This organization rescues dogs on the day scheduled for euthanization and places them in foster homes or with an adoptive family. Her support ranges from financial to transportion and fostering in her own home. Matter of fact, this is how she got her sweet little doggy, Emma.
Dr. Lorigan looks forward to meeting new patients and welcomes the opportunity to discuss their dental needs. She loves to combine art and science to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
